Pros
Job stability and friendly coworkers. The department managers are nice and try to stay between you and the owner.
Cons
Owner micromanages and has control issues. Puts too much pressure on employees to do work outside of their normal job duties, doing to job of multiple people and uses guilt to get compliance or just yells and complains. Does not give raises after the first 90 days IF you get one at 90 days

They try to help you in anyway that they can whether it's personal or professional.
Cons
There is a lot of yelling. And working with a bunch of girls (not as bad as it sounds) she just refuses to hire men.
