Pros

Great services for community, excellent mission, beautiful building, excellent on-site child care center.

Cons

Most staff are over-worked and under paid. That is an expectation for everyone and it creates a hostile work environment.

Pros

I have been happily working for Child Saving Institute for four years. I feel welcome and part of this family. Before coming to here, I was a teacher for around sixteen years in other places. And even though interacting with other people professional ones too, at Child Saving I feel like part of a team. My opinion is valued, I feel appreciated and like they care about me. Child Saving Institute encourage me to be my best, they have been helping me to grow professionally: paying for all my trainings and growing inside the company. In this four years I have been promoted twice. Our leaders always greet me by my name. They also take time to show me that they care, engaging in conversations with me and listening to me. Our community is being helped with all the programs that they offer. I am very glad I found Child Saving Institute!

Cons

That we do not have more hours a day to keep helping children and families.
