Pros

You have the chance to help a good set of kids. It is a good place to learn on the job. A great handful of faculty and staff keep the place running and are always willing to help, especially for the sake of the students. The hours aren’t terrible.

Cons

Admin. Pay. Benefits could be better. An actual, functioning union couldn’t hurt.
