      Pros

      ChildCareGroup has a meaningful mission, and it’s rewarding to know your work supports children and families who need it most. Many of the coworkers are passionate, supportive, and genuinely care about the work, which creates a strong sense of community. Great work life balance and great place to work for parents for sure.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities are limited, and that's the biggest problem. You get to know great people and then they leave for other opportunities. Most of which would have stayed had they have some options. Overall, it’s a great place to work if you’re mission-driven and value impact over income.
