Sometimes chaotic, but that is the nature of the job. The culture was better before a vocal minority pushed for unionization. The union is not what it was chalked to be. Time will tell.

Very disorganized administration, and unfortunately often incompetent management system. Poor communication to teachers. And very unfortunately, recently there has been a lot of gaslighting and manipulative strategies from admin in response to worker unionization. I was excited for what appeared to be an inclusive and welcoming workplace. However, it has become clear that CR does not truly value inclusion when it comes to supporting their teaching staff. The company is systemically unfriendly to neurodiverse employees & children alike, lacking in training and support for those with diverse needs.
