Pros

Its a good career opportunity to start your career.

Cons

This place has too many con's. It lacks professionalism, management does not know how to manage. The policies are unethical and biased. No room to advance, unless you are really friendly with management. They dont know how to treat the kids, as there is lack of affection, emotion, and communication. One of the worst places to work at, run while you can.

Pros

The kids live on-site so you can see the precious lives that you are helping.

Cons

The CEO Irene is HORRIBLE! She is basically there to collect a paycheck. She is a poor speaker, she has her favorites, and she has no idea how to run a nonprofit and is definitely not a leader.
