Pros

PTO / Sick days / Personal time is all separated.

Cons

Management will shame you for using PTO, leadership is also very skewed. They push for write ups / coaching for simple things that can be solved with a talk, just so you’re on edge and at work walking on egg shells. They also play a lot of favoritism if you do favors for management but once you say no they treat you different. The growth in the company also sucks for people at the lower level like safety monitors and supervisors are basically stuck in those positions. Company growth is basically based on who likes you or not, that’s how you move up. You can do everything they ask and they’ll still find a way or reason to slight you.

Lots of training. If you fail it’s on you.
