      Nice way to break someone down

      The kids and some of parents are great always thanking you for your hard work.nice location

      Cons

      The owners are idiots they have never owned a child care business and think they are always right constenly bad mouth their employees and then blam others for their teacher and management turnover

      Daycare tries to be a preschool

      Pros

      The children and some of the employees. It's good to know how to deal with different ages before you get your teaching degree and go into the public school system. You still deal with a lot of the same issues as a elementary teacher.

      Cons

      Pay is bad- everyone has a second job to make ends meet. The cameras seem to be only for the office staff to call you and micromanage. If you forgot to request an item when supply request due, you don't get it even if it is available. The uniforms- black pants in texas heat is awful. There are no real financial incentives- the pay is as bad as other daycares.

      Pros

      There was nothing good about this place. It would have been better if I could have interacted with the kids on a personal level.

      Cons

      Treat the children like commodities. Treat the teachers like imbeciles and ignorants and completely ignore their needs. I was bitten by more than one kid every day that I worked (Mo-Fri) and not a single incident was reported. We weren't ALLOWED to say anything because it "might insult the patents" and "just smile and tell them their kid kid angel."
