      Pay , hours, and benifits are all good

      Cons

      Treatment of employee's, continued lack of honesty from supervision, as I understand it, there's a rather laege list of long time employees that are no longer there, and it was do to" there Fault, alway's"

      Pros

      location, stable growth, certain departments are well run so it really depends on which division you work in.

      Cons

      Departments are very segmented; upward mobility is extremely difficult; different employees/departments are held to different standards; some upper level managers can be very unprofessional and held to no accountability; benefits and raises are sparse; very negative environment and viewed negatively by others in the industry.

      -Small enough to know most of the company

      -Very hard to get promoted, they are so small opportunities are few and far between. -Once your a favorite you can get away with anything.
