      Benefits, Salary, collaborations, food, flexibility.

      Cons

      Tend to lean towards overcompensating for small problems. Some departments not organized which leads to more meetings. Low morale amongst some staff.

      You get autonomy as far as what your day to day looks like, great coworkers, decent holiday pay, can be somewhat flexible.

      The pay is not great for the amount of work they give, overwhelming paperwork, at time employees don't feel heard.
