Weekly commission for sales associates, and Bi-Weekly commission if goal made for management. New collections every week, wide selection that caters for all.
Cons
The company doesn't have a clear direction of where they're going. Full time employee's were promised full time hours, but never consistent. Upper management requires all employee's to work six days a week. My employee's and I were consistently getting paid incorrectly.Upper management micro managed every single day. No work/life balance.
