Fantastic progression system with the company to enhance your career & learn new skills to help those within the team & members. Active job where you're not sitting much & moving around majority of the day Wonderful staff members that get on - feels like a family Supportive management team & mentors within the company Members are brilliant Teaching classes are fun & it's enjoyable knowing you're bettering a members day & helping them achieve their goals. Brilliant place to learn new skills & to apply your own knowledge from your own training background to classes & building your own client base. The pay is good & better than other competitors It is challenging & demanding - worth it in the end for how much you develop. Lots of social events throughout the year - it's really good to catch up & see the members of staff you don't get to see often & outside of work. A lot of in house training & CPD. Lot's of support for those going through the academies & once passing you're assigned someone to support you through your first 6 weeks & a mentor to help build your 1:1 client base. Good pension scheme

It is almost been a year since I’ve been working at chilli Pillates and I have enjoyed every single day. The support that you continuously receive whether it’s through workshops or from your mentors or from management has been truly amazing. The fortnightly workshops continue to build your education and a deeper understanding on how to deliver your best during your classes for your attendees. In doing so all of these you feel very much valued as an employee and in return delivering the best in your classes and resulting in receiving positive feedback from your attendees which in return is then highlighted and congratulated by the company Chilli Pillates. As the company continues to grow successfully we as employees are also informed as well including future benefits for us. You feel part of a team a family especially with our social events which allows the whole team to get together to have a great time. I’m looking forward to many more years to come with Chilli Pillates and I am very grateful and happy that I took the decision to apply and work for Chilli Pillates.
