Pros

You get good facilities and access to resources for work. You also get to learn a lot of things.

Cons

New employees are often expected to work 12–14 hours a day. While high performers who meet demanding benchmarks can earn good compensation, others may feel they are investing a lot of time and energy without proportional return. There is also a need for stronger professional leadership and a cultural reset, as the environment can sometimes feel ego-driven rather than collaborative.
