      - Flexibility: Can choose when you want to work, just simply put your availability through the company app. - Pay is good, decent and on par with other similar luxury retail agencies. - Opportunities to work with prestigious brands and stores.

      - Not always allowed to decline shifts, sometimes might be made to feel bad about declining a shift. - Need to travel to different locations regularly (which might be ok for some people). - No commission
