Nothing to say, all good reviews are fake.

Cons

Politics at middle management. No transparent in appraisal process. Your Line manager will have ultimate say. Poor hikes for employee. New joinees are paid as per market standards(otherwise they wont join). They are lot of non-performing individuals, showing-off their presentation skills.
