Pros
It was a good place to learn how to work under pressure. It definitely gives you a hands on experience in farming and gives you an opportunity to have a sense of belonging. The benefits are not overwhelming but the experience and training undertaken makes it worthwhile.
Cons
It wont give you opportunity to be promoted. Management will rarely give appraisals. There is also poor communication between employees at grassroots and management. The
