      Great coworkers but toxic management and culture

      A lot of my coworkers as well as the clients were some of the most wonderful people I've ever worked with

      Cons

      If you want to work at an organization that doesn't care about its staff, is misogynist, pays very , terrible hours, and a fear-based management style, then work here. My supervisor was the absolute worst person I have ever had to report to. They don't care about the community they are supposed to be serving, people are treated horribly, they are never happy with your work no matter what you do, and the gaslighting is off the charts. I wouldn't recommend working there unless you're desperate.

      • Toxic work environment • Employees undervalued • No raises, no promotions • Pay is low for the workload • Excessive responsibilities without compensation • High turnover (and you’ll understand why) • Unsupportive management

      Pros

      Depending on your Supervisor or Manager, the role could be amazing. So much impactful work that are being done and people are amazing.

      Cons

      The Board of Directors are not involved and supportive. No Executive Director that are qualified and do not have one for almost a year now.
