Prompt payment of salaries atleast Occasional increase in salary which may not be immediately effected especially or at all If you like traveling you may likely be transferred to different branches across different states within a short period of time
Cons
Little to no work flexibility Work-life balance is non existent Too much micromanaging Too much distrust on the part of management for employees Excessive issuance of query and intimidation by snr. Staff Poor management Sudden transfers without notice Termination of appointment without cause or notice most times.
