Pros

Too few to list and in no way, shape, or form out weighs the cons.

Cons

This company completely caters to the owner's desires with ZERO regard to the needs and safety of its employees. All rules and regulations are dictated and do not necessarily follow CA law, but are manipulated through HR to accommodate their agenda. No one is a "happy" employee but no one speaks up for themselves which leads to the toxic environment. By the way, all the 5 stars on this page were asked of by HR to submit a "positive" review.

Thank you for your feedback. Of course, it is disappointing to hear that despite our best efforts to maintain a healthy and safe environment for all as well as following all laws, rules, regulations and recommendations, you did not have a positive experience with us. It in fact remains our top priority to ensure the safety and well being of all our employees. We do have an open door policy and we are actually known for our management's willingness to listen to feedback. The COO is always available for anyone that wishes to discuss what is on their mind. While it is true we recommend employees submit reviews here due to its anonymity, we of course have no influence over what people decide to write. Again, we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, but hope you find a place to work that suits you better.

Pros

Not many.. it's all one sided

Cons

Owner thinks only for himself, not his employees, likes to flaunt his toys, Lamborghini , Mercedes, Ducati, ... extremely low pay, micromanage, extremely hard to sale, they hire just about anyone off the street and is a sink or swim attitude, high turn over.. I guess turn over is not a big deal if you don't pay to begin with, top performers are like leeches to the owner, they kiss his butt, so when someone is let go, they get some nice accounts, if u do do well, they still let you go because the owner has a cap in his mind of how much u should make, it's a lose lose proposition.. if you hit rock bottom this might be the place for you
