1. Lots of infrastructure to explore 2. many different businesses to learn from 3. previously focus on diversify but appereantly everything change after the family think they can do anything

Cons

1. Political environment and toxic starting from the top level of the family. Micromanagement and think everybody cannot work except them. 2. HR is full chess players - no technical expereince only intellectual plays and own policies breacher, lead by a clown that always think of getting rid of everybody, putting in his kind and tyy getting female staff harrassed as many as he can . 3. in social media claim to be employer of choice and promoting people development, in reality not, only a few division that are running by Professional then they are strong enough to have their own agenda. 4. This company will treat you based on their feeling.

I don't really see any Pros aside from the leaders at Chipmong Land & KB treat their staff way better.

Cons

1. The leaders (family) has no clue on how to run, grow a business. They think that they are the smartest. 2. Micromanagement. 3. Lack of respect & trust to their staff. 4. Portraying something on social media that isn't their true culture / reality of the company. 5. HR is useless, too scared of the family, will just follow what they said even its wrong. 6. Expat beware, high turnover of Expat.
