      Above average salaries and depending on the Department sometimes 2x times or 3x times the market salary

      Cons

      Long working Hours without being compensated for overtime (+ several weekends per year) Poor Senior and Upper Management Almost no career develompent

      Bureaucratic behavior, no salary/performance appraisal, huge workload and lack of good interaction amongst departments

      International exposure Fast-growing Many brands and much more products to discover Work with a diverse set of people Strong commitment of employees Normal working hours (not for high-level managers) High-level managers have benefits and very good salaries Free food every day for everyone

      Old fashioned culture – not fresh and creative Poor management - Impossible to advance Unfair advantages - Only high-level managers have benefits For high-level managers, no working – life balance Most of the people are very afraid of the top management No medical plan Not always team-building friendly No evaluation procedures No investment to people’s education and growth No bonus
