      Work Life Balance and Culture

      Pros

      Working for Chipr has afforded me and my family a wonderful work life balance. Most weeks I only work 4 days and total less than 30 hours a week while still making 6 figures. Chipr is dedicated to making their employees generally happy and that shows.

      Cons

      Chipr is still kind of a new company. There have been multiple pay structure changes here during my tenure. Even though I haven't agreed with some of the changes, it's turned out each change has been an attempt to help employees.

      Straight forward compensation structure. Was able to make a lot of money really fast. Weekly payroll. My manager helped me a ton.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for quite some time now and I am satisfied with my growth and experienced gained from being here. This is definitely a type of job where you eat what you kill. It is competitive and that's what I like. Definitely would recommend this company!

      Cons

      I couldn't think of any. If you don't like interacting with people on a constant basis then this job might be tough for you.
