Pros

Long lunches with ability to leave office.

Cons

Long hours, no flexibility, misogynistic company culture (only hire women for office positions) and require them to smile (if you don’t keep a mirror near your desk, you will get a lower job performance rating - they provide it for you and you must keep it near you when working to ensure you’re smiling), lots of uncomfortable comments made around staff, weekly/monthly/yearly meetings full of propaganda, no raises, very weak bonus system (that doesn’t kick in for 6 months), very poor health insurance, extremely pathetic vacation policy, expect you to be early and “ready” before clocking in, I could go on. Wages were a max of $17/hr in 2019 and are still a max of $17/hr in 2022… even after $700,000 in (forgiven (free)) PPP loans (public record). “Doctors” treat staff as lesser individuals and it shows. The things I’ve overheard — gossip is all over this company. They will recommend egregious treatment plans often costing thousands to people who are impoverished. They have a collection agency partnership and send these people to collections monthly - it’s incredibly sad. No room to move up when asked.
