Pros

Overall, not a nice company to work for. There is no support. They put unrealistic expectations on you and encourage to do whatever it takes to get money in the til. There is no pros to this company if you are management.

Cons

No work life balance Extreme Micromanagement Lack of respect from higher ups. Speak to staff like trash. Not paid for work done. Promises of promotions that never materialise. Written up for any challenge to area managers.

Pros

Highly supportive workplace where career progression is very much encouraged. A great team to work alongside and the product is lovely!

Cons

It can be a fast paced, full on environment, especially around Christmas. Organisation and communication is key.
