There never seems to be enough people. Especially on a Sunday or Monday. As it's a shipping company packages must be processed that day and if there are issues clients must be contacted. There are things that should be done but we cant cause we dont have the time or bodies to do it. Its stressful to get it all done each day. Sometimes it's hard to a break. There is always the promise of we will get more employees or you will get help but it seldom happens. When one person calls in sick its ruff. Also noticed that we all work extremely hard some of us doing extra hours to get it all done but only certain people will be offered some time off in lieu. Also there seems to be nepotism when it comes to clients and employees. Some clients get away with breaking the shipping rules while others do not. It makes it hard to determine the steps we take. I've seen some employees move up, and get better hours over other that should have first. Management doesn't see everything.
