Pros

-People are nice -SVP of Sales is knowledgable and is willing to help his team

Cons

The three founders don't know what they're doing. They make poor decisions and good people end up losing their jobs. They literally turn over entire teams every six months. They have a bad name in the market because they burn so many bridges with clients. There are clients that have literally had 3-4 AE's this year alone. They just cant compete in this space.

Pros

If you can call lots of turnover a "pro", then this place has it down to a science. Vdopia sells so many lies and treats its employees so poorly that it is now hemorrhaging them faster than it can trick more suckers into joining their workforce. The only true "pro" that can be hoped for here, is that the company will finally fold before it can lure in more good, hard-working people and ruin their lives.

Cons

1. The way Upper Management sells this company to potential employees is nothing like what actually goes on behind its' doors. This will be the worst career mistake of your life. 2. You will have no US support teams. All "support" teams (who will actually be the bane of your existence) are based in India with limited comprehension of the English language. 3. HR does not exist in the office (and is also not knowledgeable enough) to help you with any of your issues. On-boarding procedure will be to leave a sticky note on a box with your computer still packed inside of it and it is up to you to download and install all necessary MS Office and programs you will need to do your job. However, you will have to use your own money and wait two months to get reimbursed because the company credit card is usually frozen due to insufficient funds. You will also have to work with a 3rd party source to figure out all of your health benefits as HR has no clue how to help in this department either. 4. Your clients will never be billed properly and collections are never enforced. Again, Accounting is based in India and for some reason they cannot count or even copy and paste information given to them. You can keep perfect records yourself, but it will do no good. They will still find a way to mess up your accounts and therefore your commissions. Expect to never be paid in full and wait the better part of a year to see a commission check. 5. Ad products are ugly and outdated with no "wow" factor for the marketplace. A run-of-the-mill tier 4 ad network with no true premium inventory or partnerships. Lots of instances of "bots", click-fraud, and running on the shadiest of sites and apps. 6. Company is known for not paying their bills with partners, their employees, or even the office internet provider. Lack of financial responsibility paired with the Executive team's inflated egos and inability to take responsibility for their mistakes (they literally call themselves 'Mobile Gods') are running this company into the ground. 7. The Exec team does not seem to understand that by blowing through employee after employee results in reviews such as this one which slowly ruins their ability to capture further, lasting talent to try and turn this company around. 8. The shoddy, misspelled reviews that say this company "has delivered all which was promised" and has "extremely intelligent senior management" is all a farce and even more laughable because the US employees know that these reviews are from the Execs' friends in India trying to spin the company off as a viable place to work. 9. Should we go on?
