      Strict environment with little reward

      Pros

      Comfortable work environment and occasional free lunches. The company cares about the community and its members. Easy hire process with just one simple interview with late orientation.

      Cons

      Terrible training process- very loose and learn-as-you-go. Managers are on a power trip and play favoritism. Departments do not work together well.
