Pros

Very nice people in the company.

Cons

Very understaffed. They preach culture and work life balance. The only way you participate in the culture of the company is if you are in the Kansas Office or are part of the SE team. Work life balance is a joke.

A good first job, but not somewhere you'll want to stay long term

Pros

Good for entry-level work and learning opportunity The company values career development and growth Good work/life balance until you rise in position. Lower positions come in to work only on their schedules. This changes for higher ranking staff as the business demands must be met as issues arise.

Cons

Unclear management priorities Expectations go beyond applicable positions - the lower level teams end up taking on tasks that they aren't ready for. You kinda have to wing it whether you're comfortable with that or not. Could be a good thing depending on your work style. The pay does not scale appropriately as you progress through the company and rise in position.

Pros

Most of the employees were great to work with and form great relationships with Some very smark people there

Cons

Too much focus on billable utilization even when working on internal non-billable work. Internal work is never credited to your contributions to the company. After years of working there, when I went to resign, I had to ask HR who my boss was because I had no clue. Not once did I have a performance review or get feedback from anyone in management other than "your utilization is low".
