Pros

Friendly staff and that's about it

Cons

Awful management, the area manager had the worst attitude, she was extremely rude and made many staff members cry on shift, never aloud to converse with the other staff members on the floor even if it was work related, there is no communication between management in the shops and head office, no floor plans for the shops, no room for career growth, met the owners multiple times in my time there and their attitude towards their staff is disgusting, they wouldn't even say hello to you. By far the worst place I've ever worked. Honestly if you want to be overworked and underpaid then this place is for you!!! Absolutely no benefits to working here. They could never keep a manager in Naas due to how they treated their senior staff. Overall its just very badly run . Head office never listened to staff members concerns or ideas about the shops. Just avoid this place.

Pros

Other staff working there were very friendly. Supervisors at the store were great and store manager was good to work for.

Cons

Pay was terrible, no Christmas bonus given or Christmas party for staff. Head office and head management were terrible, would watch staff on cameras and ring the store to give out if they felt they weren’t doing enough. Head office also seemed very poorly managed, rosters would have to be sent to head office to be approved and sometimes would not be approved as late as Saturday afternoon when the working week started Sunday. Communication between head management and stores about deliveries and stock coming in deliveries was very poor, and head management would change their mind about displays for Christmas etc halfway through completion and would ring store to tell us to start over.
