Absolutely no pros to work here besides the participants they have. They are all nice.

Management is the worst! They are all toxic and family owned. They refuse to think they are wrong or admit their wrong doings and change. They are horrible people.
Pay you entry level rate but expect you to perform like a senior. Lack of supervision and guidance. Toxic worplace fostering a blaming culture. Senior management only love to hear a good feedback.
