Like working inside a frat house, but not in a good way.

Pros
Work can be interesting at first since you will get your hands on a lot of different things.
Cons
Always understaffed. People leaving and getting fired randomly at whim. Management was pretty non-existent with helping you do a better job. You are expected to know how you should handle situations without any formal process. There were times when upper management would come back from a late lunch a bit rowdy and make all kinds of noise while you were trying to work. Things were not organized well and old equipment would be tossed around like toys.

Lots of available hardware for projects. Encouraged to experiment with current technologies. Free drinks.
Cons
Exec/mgmt team isn't strong. More concerned with short term gains, no long term vision. Not enough staff and long hours.
