Unlimited Coffee, normal weekday shifts, people are nice to work with.
Cons
minimal incremental raises annually, nothing in-between for good progress, no incentive to work harder than necessary to get by. credit not given when due. Would have to work for years to accumulate a decent wage to make a living on.
