Feels like a family. Small community provides opportunity to get to know staff and residents. Everyone is very caring and friendly. Environment is beautiful. Many of the short term patients tell me they feel like they are in a hotel.

-Too many of the workers there a lazy
-Job is very demanding
-Too many patients given to employees
-Teamwork is horrendous
-Never any time to take your breaks
-Racism is present in some of the patients
-Place is managed poorly
