      Pros

      Recruitment team was friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable about the organization and open and wiling to answer questions. My direct supervisor is very hands-on and has checked-in on me multiple times during the on-boarding process. Also having the opportunity to speak with the CEO, Mr. Burnett during onboarding was a unique and personable touch.

      Cons

      Having a clear road map of the on-boarding experience would be helpful.

      I really enjoy my role as a Medical Assistant and find the work meaningful The practice has a strong focus on serving and supporting the community Staff have been welcoming and supportive so far Positive environment that makes it easy to feel motivated and engaged
