Free meals during your shift.

Cons

Witnessing Elder abuse being told not to report it for fear or retaliation. Company values are a pure sham. They claim to being doing the work of God.

Very supportive workplace. They have a great training/apprentice period and make certain you feel comfortable in doing your job. The management is accessible.

Pros

The staff at all levels are just so incredibly helpful and informative. The education requirements for each position is extensive but really helps you to do your job the best you can. The environment is really good and there is a good relationship that forms between staff. The facility also has an employee cafeteria that was donated by board members many years ago - it's amazing and they offer free meals all day to employees.

Cons

A common theme seen I'm sure among healthcare facilities, at times there can be short-staffing which makes things difficult.
