      2 - 3 infotrips a year : fully payed 1 week work trip to another country flexible work schedule easy to enter the industry

      Pros

      There are a few good people there and it is a good launching job for beginners (it was for me) because you have the chance to meet people from different agencies and if you play your cards right, you might end with a better offer from others.

      Poor salary, late working hours (not always payed)
