Good pay, stable work and attempting to incorporate technology

Cons

The company is stuck in the olden times. No communication from owner to teams in regards to changes. Management unaware of what is needed to execute work. No growth happening if you do not want to stay for 20 years or more

- Compensation is low - Management is never on the same page and communication does not exist - Illegal practices -Does not pay trades, many have quit
