Great group of people if you ignore any executives or management This review is for all of Christy Industrial and not just Christy Catalytics.
Cons
Company has a beautiful vision on paper. It’s a shame it’s only on paper. There isn’t any communication and some of the most fragile leaders I’ve encountered.

-Decent Pay, low 80s for an engineering degree -Decent benefits -Laidback atmosphere

-Terrible management -Shortsighted leadership, unable to see the big picture - Management will make lots of promises and won't deliver -You will be a glorified secretary for the VP of sales - No career advancement - Very small company -Management is very reactionary -No training or support from leadership -No clear goals or expectations -Do yourself a favor, do a search on LinkedIn on how many sales managers they have gone through in the last 7 years. you will find that they have a very high turnover, that should tell you something.
