Over the last 2 years, management turnover has been high, with new people not learning the business, which has affected plant morale. Untruthful about future opportunities, and misinformed (lair or stupid) about what is going on . I lost all trust in what was going on. Focus is all about building a "company" that they can bundle and sell to the highest bidder, regardless of quality. Caveat Emptor....
