There are opportunities on the research side and in operations. Headquarters on the other hand is another story.

Upper management is so engrossed in their egos that they have forgotten to stop and run a business. Truly one of the most hostile work environments I've ever seen. It's all politics and no competency. The integrity of some is questionable.
