First of all, the 5 star reviews on here were requested by the CEO in exchange for the ability to come in 1 hour late on 1 day, but can’t be Monday or Friday (what a joke). They did this to offset the influx of negative reviews after they laid off an entire analyst class just so they could rehire new analysts at entry salary to save a few bucks. It’s obvious they do not care about investing in you. Execs do not care about anybody on Data Ops and they treat them like 2nd class employees in every way imaginable. While other employees get generous comp packages and flexible work arrangements, Data Ops is expected to maintain extremely high output with awful comp and little flexibility. Work is monitored extensively, down to metrics like the number of clicks you make per day and even active screen monitoring. You’re not respected at all in this environment, no more than a robot would be. Workers also form cliques and make fun of others behind their back. Nobody really wants to be here because it’s so uncomfortable every day, both with leadership’s obvious lack of respect for the team and the general air of depression you feel in the office. Some people exit to great firms, but you do not need to work here to do that. It’s not worth it. Go to a company that respects and values you.
