Pros

Yes, Work from home. It was a ++ A lot of benefits like internet allowance, health and events. Trainings via Udemy. CEO, COO and HR are nice and approachable.

Cons

1. Gds can only send QC at a certain time which makes us procrastinate and pressured. 2. You need to be a Christian / Religious christian to be promoted or to be the favorite. 3. Out of scope EXTRA tasks which you cant say no because it will take it against you. 4. Can't leave anytime. 5. Head can't take ownership and cannot lead out of scope project which lead him to ask other gds that has a lot on their plate. 6. Our head needs to be skilled and professional. 7. Salary does not fit with your daily workload. 8. You cannot voice out. 9. Impulsive decision and structure plan. Well thought-out! 10. Head is not capable of handling mental health and does not care at all. 11. No career growth unless you're christian. 12. If you volunteer, they will abuse your skills 13. Bi-annual bonus but performance based sometimes hoax. 14. Does not listen to what their employees are telling/feeling. 15. Your capacity does not affect the higher ones and they don't even care. even if you tell them you're overloaded, asking for help is a wrong idea, They will help you but they will also count it as negative in your KPI and judge you that you're not capable and look for possible negative hole so they can wash their hands off to the COO and CEO so might as well not ask for help and feel burn out. 16. Truth are filtered by the superiors. 17. They're blocking a possible high client because it's against the superior's religious practice that lead us overloaded with out of scope tasks.

Pros

*Starting salary and benefits are competitive *Bi-annual bonus (although it's performance-based) *I love the benefits (total 30 days paid leaves, tech/gadget allowance, internet *Allowance, HMO allowance, Bonusly - claimable points rewards) *Can work anywhere that has an internet connection *Big help in career growth/experience -- learned a lot about e-commerce when I started working here

Cons

*After some time, compensation is not equal to the work that is asked *Cases of out-of-scope tasks -- Tasks that are not initially in the job description are being given as additional workload *Often, taking leave, especially in Creatives Department is hard, because of deadlines. Or if you take a leave, even if you finish things in advance, tasks are still piled up after coming back from leave. *Work-life integration not work-life balance, working on a leave day is unavoidable (which is sad) *Very rare that a salary increase is considered (for tenured employees) *Means of measuring workload is thru consumed time, which is not very realistic especially if you are in the creatives *Will be forced to work on a task (even if it's out of your scope) or else it will be taken against you, for not being very adaptive or not open to growth/learning
