This place is all about who you know. That’s how people love up in the company not hard work. They want you to go tell dealers how to do their job when they have been business more years than Chrysler capital has even been around. My manager was absolutely horrendous even though I hit or exceeded my goals month over month. I literally felt like I couldn’t do anything right even thought I was crushing my goals. It is well known this manager treats their employees this way and the company does nothing about it because like I said it’s all about who you know.

Way too many unnecessary tasks, mostly to ensure you work way more than 40 hours. The environment is complete chaos. Too many rush fire drills. Horrible program for prime and used. Management thinks every territory is the same and holds most reps to impossible standards (unless they like you, then you can do whatever you want). Even if you’re doing a great job, if you’re on management’s hit list, you’re screwed.
