Pros

I worked at Chudnovsky Law full time for 5 years. The firm's culture and pay are great. It's a great place to learn and grow as they have interesting, high value cases. There are little office politics and the firm is a cohesive team with people committed helping each other out. The attorneys have great ethics and are really focused on getting the best outcomes for clients. Clients are treated like family, not just numbers.

Cons

Work-life balance can be a bit challenging as the firm is busy. Work can often bleed into evenings and weekends at home. The firm is growing quickly and had some growing pains while I was there - working out processes and upgrading their systems multiple times.

Pros

Smart, fun, hardworking team of attorneys that really care about clients. Compensation and benefits are good. Firm turnover is very low. Great learning experience and legal skills development.

Cons

The hours can be long and sometimes involve taking care of client cases after hours and on weekends. Clients are often in a crisis and you need to be there for them. Not the best fit for those needing a 9-5 job. But from what I hear, it's not a lot different from other top litigation law firms.
