Pros
In theory it's a good company that provides services to their communities.
Cons
Everything. Management has no backbone. Family works with family and that causes a lot of issues. Nobody really knows what any does. Some of the departments waste so much money on nonsense that doesn't do anything for the service areas. A lot of smoke and mirrors. One person is allowed to do one thing, but another person isn't... because of favoritism. It literally was one of the worst places I've ever worked in and experiences I've ever had.
