There is also a noticeable lack of respect toward local staff, which affects morale and creates an uncomfortable working environment. Communication is often unprofessional, and employees do not feel trusted to do their jobs independently.

High volumn, low salary. Main language of communication is Japanese. Looking down on people can’t speak Japanese (including English speaking staff). Career opportunity given to Japanese staff only. Bad medical benefits. Need to give reason for taking leaves
