- good group of people - office location in Copenhagen - low stress compared to other work places, not a fast paced work environment
Cons
- low salary, no benefits - no options for career advancement - archaic management style - office policy, they want you to be there every day - the company is getting old, not too exciting for younger people - management doesn't act on feedback - no yearly salary increases

Thank you for sharing your feedback—it’s always helpful to hear different perspectives as we strive to improve.
We’re glad you see positives in the team, location, and work environment. Regarding the points you’ve raised:
- Salaries are aligned with experience levels and grow with added responsibilities and contributions. They’re also reviewed annually.
- Flexibility has been a focus for us even though we truly believe that it's more fun to be present at the office. We now offer a hybrid setup. Approximately half of our team works remotely every day, with others choosing to come into the office.
- We have always had a pension plan in Copenhagen which is designed to be competitive and flexible, allowing employees to decide how much to save versus take home.
We don’t recognize the notion of the company being “old”—we’ve only just started🤗! With recent funding from Osprey Investors, we’re accelerating our expansion across Europe and continuously evolving our product offerings. For example, we recently launched our first donation terminal, a truly exciting product challenge for a SaaS team.
Thank you again for your input. We’ll continue working to make this a great place for everyone. I understand that your time with us did not meet your expectations and I hope you will find a workplace better suited to your preferences and needs. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
You have many opportunities to grow if you really want to. A great team, very good bosses and a product that makes a difference to customers. You can still contribute your own ideas, although this has become a little less in recent years.
Cons
The flow of information is not always constant. There is less and less reliance on individual initiative and personal responsibility, and more and more management from above. If you have an idea, how it is received depends on the form of the management on the day. I would like to see more consistency and trust.
knowledgeable and friendly colleagues
relaxed working environment, no death marches or crazy deadlines
good interview process (focusing on past projects and free discussion; no leetcode stuff)
Cons
nothing important so far, but be ready for boat trips :)
