Management, Senior Leaders and HR leaders are without a doubt some of the worst people I have worked alongside. To list cons of working here: - No flexibility or trust in their staff whatsoever, you will not have any opportunity to work from home or have a work life balance especially considering the location of their office. - The office environment is incredibly quiet where people are too scared to be “normal” at work and feel continually watched and judged. - Staff turnover is incredibly high for a business this size and management make very quick decisions to dismiss staff. - HR Team - the turnover in this team is again incredibly high and I believe this is down to the leaders in the team having no compassion and being “out for themselves” I would go as far as to say they are bullies. - A lot of individuals and senior leaders are related, which is understandable as it is a family run business but it is well known if your face does not fit (which is likely) that you will not be in the business long. - Workload - due to the high turnover of staff you will often be picking up the slack with no recognition and the same expectations to deliver making your role and impossible task. It has taken me a lot to consider writing a review but I do not want anyone to experience what myself and many others have experienced at this company when there are so many other great opportunities out there. Please consider carefully before joining and do not be blindsided by the salary offerings.
