Leadership is toxic, overbearing, and delusional at best. Says one thing, does another. Not transparent or honest at all whatsoever. Is God actually at the center of this org, or is it ego and money? Definitely is the latter. Good luck.

More competitive pay and pto compared to a lot of other non-profit and religious orgs.

Cons

Work environment feels very unprofessional. Communication, vision, and direction for projects and goals is rarely communicated and often changed last minute on projects. Minimal accountability or standards for work performance. Staff recognition and promotion is treated like a popularity contest.

Pros

Pros are excessive PTO and benefits. Easy job, lots of busy work, because they don't actually care about what the put out into the world

Cons

Cons are that they will use their "generosity" against you to keep you silent and in check. People who do try to speak up get cut immediately. CEO acts like a child and changes his mind every other week and expects the team to pivot according to his mood, so nothing ever actually gets done. So much sexual and financial misconduct and abuse. They laid off 50/90 of their employees so that the executive team could go on an expensive celebrity-filled European excursion. This is not the first time either. GREAT experience though.
