Pros
As far as IT shops go, Ci2 has an incredibly positive work culture and supportive leadership. All of the teams are 6 people or less which ensures everyone is engaged and part of the action. There's lots of perks and extras with this job, and great work flexibility. Last year we all got new iPhone 12 Pros. This year, everyone got to pick out their preferred headsets or earbuds when we switched to Microsoft Teams calling. During the summer they handed out weekly gift cards for a summer-photo challenge. Very generous. I like the team here because there are so many talented long-term employees who are always ready to mentor and support me. Always learning and growing which is what IT is all about.
